As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our project managers and engineers to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing cost plans, measuring and valuing completed work, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. With your expertise in construction and cost management, you will contribute to the overall success of our projects and help us achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review cost plans, including bills of quantities and schedules of rates
• Measure and value completed work to ensure accurate cost reporting
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cost and time overruns
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work and compliance with project specifications
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial transactions
• Provide cost advice and recommendations to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role in the construction industry
• Proficiency in using software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar project management tools
• Strong understanding of construction costing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards
• Valid professional certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus
