Diamond Zone Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and that our guests have a memorable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including setting up and breaking down event spaces, and managing guest lists and RSVPs.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met.,Work with the event manager to ensure that all event details, such as food, drinks, and decorations, are on track and meet the client's expectations.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for events, including working with the kitchen staff to ensure that the menu is prepared on time and to the client's specifications.,Clean and prepare event spaces for use, including setting up tables, chairs, and other equipment, and ensuring that the space is clean and presentable.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management and customer service, and share this knowledge with the team.,Attend training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge in event management and customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all event-related activities and communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event management, customer service, or a related field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and under pressure.,Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management software and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
