📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor budget and resources, ensuring efficient use and allocation.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving departmental success.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
