📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and other teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in technical projects.
• Proven experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Certifications in IT project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
