📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building events.,Support the HR team in managing the company's benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferably in a similar industry).,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
