  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills, with a focus on growth and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficient in using financial and operational management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
