Berkah Sari Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a pleasant dining experience for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Train and supervise staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, service standards, and customer needs.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
