📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Build and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to promote our products.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer products industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
