Hub Local Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and achieve set targets.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the branch.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to assess progress and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
