📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the creation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers and employees.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Support the organization of training events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
