Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.,Develop and present business proposals to potential clients and partners.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing business relationships and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
