📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for high-impact clients across fintech, e-commerce, and maritime sectors
• Lead data analytics projects using Power BI, Tableau, and Python, delivering actionable insights to business leaders
• Design and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into client operations
• Provide data consulting services to help clients improve decision-making processes
• Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry trends
• Mentor junior data professionals and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Report directly to the CEO, with significant influence on company strategy and growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data consulting, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects
• Proven expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Python, and other data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Certifications such as CDA (Certified Data Analyst), CDE (Certified Data Engineer), or similar are a plus
• Experience working with clients in fintech, e-commerce, or maritime industries is highly desirable
