📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and organize food and beverage inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and items are displayed attractively.
• Prepare and present food and beverage items to meet customer demands and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their orders and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer service targets.
• Follow and implement store policies and procedures related to food safety and hygiene.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and practices.
• Contribute to the team’s success by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
