Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction,Maintain cash registers and ensure proper record-keeping,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies,Good time management and organizational skills,Friendly and professional demeanor
