Town Up Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will support our lead tutors in delivering high-quality education to our students. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and committed to helping students achieve their academic goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist lead tutors in planning and delivering lessons,Support students with their academic needs,Monitor student progress and provide feedback,Organize and maintain classroom resources,Conduct assessments and exams,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities,Assist with the preparation of lesson plans and materials,Support the lead tutor in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience,Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid teaching certification or equivalent,Experience in working with diverse student populations
