From assisting with check-ins and check-outs to providing excellent customer service, your daily tasks will be diverse and engaging. You'll learn to use industry-standard tools such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Assist with housekeeping requests and coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for new guests.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and ordering supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting our hotel and tourism services to potential guests.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or diploma holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or internship in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of PMS and CRM software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
