📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
- Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide HR support to managers, including training and coaching
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
