In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and safely.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with mechanics and vendors as needed.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and are properly insured.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
