📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Create and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Control food costs and inventory.
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to create and implement new recipes and menu items.
