PRISM Sejahtera is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds with a flexible work arrangement. As a Tax Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's compliance with tax regulations and optimizing our tax position.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to prepare and file tax returns, analyze tax laws and regulations, and provide tax advice to our business units. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on tax-related activities and ensuring accurate and timely tax filings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns for the company.
  • Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable tax requirements.
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to business units on tax-related matters.
  • Monitor and report on tax-related activities, including audits and assessments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax-related financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using tax accounting software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Familiarity with English is a plus.
