📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 IT support to employees and guests.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Understanding of basic scripting and automation tools.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Experience with network protocols and security.Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.Knowledge of database management systems.Understanding of IT security best practices.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
