📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Facilitate workshops and seminars to support employee development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to align training programs with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.,Understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
