📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and restock ingredients as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid food handler's certificate.
