Pacific Aluminium is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and supporting the accounting team in various tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain and update accounting records and files.,Support the accounting team in various tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
