📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and account managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the construction and home improvement industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
