📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners in the Ambon region.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and supervise a team of field sales representatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the same industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
