As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure that the store is complying with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate records are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
