📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.,Manage time effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry trends and preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
