📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, sides, and other menu items to high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet high volume demands.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve menu items.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety guidelines.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef/Cook in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with grilling and cooking various types of meats.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
