📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and provide information about our company and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and inquiries.,Assist with office administrative tasks, such as filing, printing, and scanning documents.,Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming to all visitors.,Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and communication.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with basic customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
