📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional service.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in sales meetings and events to network and build relationships.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
