JSI Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Transformation Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of our IT transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to align IT with business goals, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies, and driving digital innovation within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of IT transformation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement IT transformation strategies that align with business objectives and drive digital innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.,Monitor and report on the progress of IT transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in IT governance and risk management.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the IT team.,Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize IT performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, IT vendors, and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT transformation program management, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.,Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.,Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in data analytics tools and techniques for driving decision-making.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies for IT service management.,Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus.
