📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them,Create and manage learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the workplace,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning and development programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software
