📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
