📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Compounding department, ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product consistency and compliance.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in process validation and documentation to support regulatory submissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in GMP or Quality Assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE) is a plus.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
