• Operate and maintain CNC punching machines to ensure the production of high-quality metal components.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC punching machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Work closely with the production team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Punching Machine Operator or similar role.
• Certification in CNC Punching Machine Operation (preferred).
• Familiarity with CNC punching machine software, such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems (preferred).
