📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.

• Monitor and optimize IT systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects and initiatives.

• Train and mentor junior IT staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with IT tools and software such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
