📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and document construction progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality control documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality and safety concerns.
- Ensure the use of approved materials and equipment, and verify their compliance with project specifications.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and control.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of quality control plans and strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance and control in construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction standards and regulations, such as SNI (Indonesian National Standard).
- Proficient in using quality control software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
